Asian Belbogli Kurash Confederation membership procedure

National Belbogli Kutash Federations (hereinafter referred to as federations) that recognize the Confederation's Regulation and comply with the Regulation’s requirements and contribute to the development of the sport of Belbogli Kurash may become members.

Only one federation (legal entity) from each state is recognized as a member of the Confederation.

Admission to the membership of the confederation is carried out by the Congress.

A federation wishing to become a member of the confederation will submit a written application for membership, attaching its Statutes and Regulations (if any).

The application must satisfy the requirements of the Confederation Regulation and statutes.

A representative of a legal entity is allowed to participate in the work of the Congress only after the written application (application) is approved.

Each federation must provide personal information about its representative (full name and address) to the Confederation for carrying out official correspondence.

The Congress may establish and grant the titles of "Honorary President", "Honorary Vice-President", "Honorary Member" to certain persons, taking into account their services to the Confederation. The nomination of such persons will be presented by the Executive Committee of the Confederation, and the holders of such status will participate in the meetings of the Congress and allowed to participate in discussions without the right to vote.

Withdrawal from the Confederation is of two types, voluntary and compulsory.

In the case of voluntary withdrawal, a member wishing to withdraw must give written notice of own desire to withdraw from membership.

A member who receives a certificate of withdrawal from the Confederation will lose his rights as well as membership status.

The decision on voluntary withdrawal from membership is approved by the Executive Committee, if the member has no financial and other obligations to the Confederation.

The conditions and procedures for forced withdrawal from the Confederation are as follows:

When a member federation is terminated;

In default of obligations to the Confederacy;

The decision on forced expulsion from the Confederation is made by Congress.

The amount of the confederation membership fee is determined by the executive committee. Membership fees must be paid by January 1 of each year. A member of the Confederation who has not paid own membership fee by April 1 will have own membership suspended unless can show good cause for non-payment.

Notice of termination of membership will be sent by official letter from the Secretary General. If a member repays a debt related to the membership fee, that member's rights are automatically restored.
